What the role is

You will be providing key secretarial and administrative support, but not limited to the following tasks.

What you will be working on

• Manage the Principal’s schedule in consultation with other stakeholders to ensure smooth transition between meetings/appointments. This includes facilitation of security clearance of guests, media and guests visiting MinLaw on the invitation of the Principal. • Identify and co-ordinate availability of venues for meetings and forums • Preparation of meeting materials • Provide support to staffing officers to the Principal for overseas official trips, including co-ordinating travel arrangements and drafting correspondences on administrative matters

What we are looking for

*Key Competencies Required* • [Administrative Management]: Deliver administrative services and solutions to support the organisation's operations • [Secretariat Support]: Administer secretarial functions and provide support in secretarial matters relating to key stakeholders • [Document Management]: Provide administrative support in the production of documents such as registry records, annual reports. *Work Experience / Personal Traits* • Experience in C-Suite corporate secretarial support • Past working experience in the public service especially in co-ordination work • Excellent analytical skills • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure • Good communication skills Note: Shortlisted applicants will be invited for interview.
