What you will be working on
Drive groundbreaking projects and technological discovery and assessment in identifying solutions such as Video analytics (VA)/Artificial Intelligence (AI) to maximise the efficiency of work processes
Stakeholder engagement to gather of user requirements from multiple parties and mapping out of operational and integration across the various workstreams
Planning and design through the creation of user interfaces and dashboards for KPI tracking/reporting
Agile project management to ensure project timelines are met, including assessment and prioritising of requirements
Managing change in driving user adoption and continuous improvement
You will also be required to apprise senior management and MOT the transformation plans, and to seek approval and resources for the projects.
What we are looking for
Excellent inter-personal and networking skills to build partnerships between the technical and operations teams and industry players
Strong facilitation skills to engage, gather and uncover user needs
Possess strong analytical abilities and drive for problem solving, to identify and make trade-offs, to achieve project outcomes under tight timelines
Able to see big picture and the linkages between different parts of a larger system but also attentive to details
Able to work under pressure in a very fast-paced working environment
Resourceful and able to juggle multiple deadlines
Strong writing and communication skills
Understanding of agile processes, design thinking will be a bonus
