The 3P Network Division (3PND) develops and integrates NEA’s educational and publicity initiatives and programmes for the 3P (People, Public and Private) sectors. The Marketing Communications Department in 3PND conceptualises and implements integrated marketing communications campaigns such as National Dengue Prevention, Recycle Right, and Say YES to Waste Less.
The role of the Executive Manager/Manager is to devise and execute data-driven digital media strategies that aim to enhance public awareness, foster engagement, and inspire positive environmental action. This role plays a crucial part in advancing the mission of promoting a Clean & Green Singapore.

What you will be working on

  • Develop and execute digital media strategies for NEA’s marketing campaigns, and to optimise engagement on Clean & Green Singapore (CGS)’s social media channels and other digital platforms.
  • Manage CGS social media channels and their content line-up; conceptualise and develop content for a variety of digital platforms as part of integrated marketing communications campaigns. Use audience insights to create compelling messaging and customised content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Undertake production of social media content in-house, in addition to closely managing creative agencies in their content production.
  • Stay up to date with popular social trends across Instagram and Facebook, adapting and executing similar content for social media pages in creative or innovative ways.
  • Leverage the latest in digital tools, platforms, and capabilities.
  • Conduct audience research and data analysis to assess sentiments and understand audience behaviour and preferences. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports, identify areas for optimisation, and make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Foster and nurture an engaged community of environmental enthusiasts and advocates. Cultivate relationships with content creators and publishers to amplify campaign messages and build a strong and supportive online community.
  • Identify and connect with prospective partners to develop and execute digital partnerships.
  • Coordinate with campaign teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging throughout all touchpoints. Work closely with creative, media and social media agencies to achieve timely campaign execution and effective outcomes.
  • Perform procurement duties in adherence to public sector procurement policies and processes; track and manage budgets and payments.

The job might be for you if you possess the following qualities:

  • Background in marketing, communications or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, marketing or content development.
  • Proficiency in utilising digital ad-buying platforms, social listening tools and data analytics tools to measure and optimise campaigns.
  • Experience in design and videography such as ideating, producing, and editing social media content.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content and captions. Copywriting skills is a must.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management and analytical abilities.
  • Self-driven and well-organised to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in brand development will be advantageous.
