What the role is

What you will be working on
What you will be working on
Internal digitalisation initiatives:
- Work with NAC departments to identify problem statements or pain points in staff's way of work and work processes that can be digitally enabled to streamline processes, reduce manual time and effort and improve productivity.
- Identify use cases with potential for digital enhancement through discovery sessions with departments.
- Develop and lead use case development including planning and execution of initiatives (e.g. testing, pilots) to introduce digital tools and solutions.
- Provide guidance and support during testing and pilots, and subsequent implementation and roll-out.
Digital Tools Awareness and Staff Training:
- Conduct discovery and exploratory work by attending digital product showcases (e.g., GovTech NEXTpedition sessions), testing and identifying scalable new tools for internal adoption
- Plan and organise Brown Bag sessions, workshops, and sharing sessions to introduce digital tools, share best practices and foster peer learning.
- Curate session content in collaboration with internal teams and external partners, develop supporting materials such as presentation decks, FAQs, and feedback forms.
- Facilitate discussions and capture insights to inform future digital adoption initiatives.
- Track attendance and engagement levels to assess impact and measure change
As part of day-to-day work, you will be preparing reports, presentations, submissions and other materials for senior management and external partners.

The ideal candidate should have :
- Bachelor's Degree. Knowledge of Digital Transformation, Digitalisation-related fields would be advantageous.
- Preferably with 1-3 years of working experience in digital transformation, change management, or technology-related fields.
- Entry level applicants are welcomed if they demonstrate key competencies in areas highlighted in the job description.
- Understanding of digital transformation principles and best practices for driving internal digital adoption and managing organisational change.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement across departments to identify needs, co-create solutions, and drive adoption.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in interpreting survey results, identifying gaps, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience in project and event management, particularly in planning and executing engagement initiatives such as events, workshops and digital pilots.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and training skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities to develop toolkits, guides, and deliver presentations or training.
- Ability to work across different departments with varying levels of digital readiness and priorities.
- Experience in managing organisational change and driving sustained digital adoption.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- Passion for digital innovation and a keen interest in exploring how technology can enhance workplace productivity and employee experience.
