What you will be working on
- Design and deliver impactful learning solutions for policy and planning officers and senior leaders
- Build and nurture strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including the Public Service Division and policy units in government agencies, to ensure that the learning agenda remains at the forefront of evolving public service needs
- Create high-impact learning content, from case studies to advanced training materials
- Undertake facilitation and moderation, to foster deep, actionable insights in engaging learning environments
What we are looking for
- Interest in policy, public affairs, learning and development
- Relevant fields like Public Policy, Political Science, International Relations, Media, Communications or related disciplines
- Experience in or policy-related work, whether in government, private sector L&D, consultancies, or think tanks
- Exceptional analytical, writing and communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships, engage and negotiate with senior stakeholders
