Project title: AEGIS (AI Enabled Guided Investigation System), and other data/AI projects
Development of an AI tool (AEGIS) with an investigation knowledge base so as to assist investigation officers in various tasks such as:
1. Use knowledge/context to screen for useful evidence from documents or chat messages
2. Analyse and review statements for offences and assist officers in generating reports
3. Retrieve information quickly to answer officer's queries on processes, frameworks or guidelines
Intern will be involved in other data/AI-related projects for learning opportunities and exposure too.

What you will be working on
- Develop data-driven IT solutions, MVPs, and apply AI/analytics tools for various identified problem areas
- Assist in chatbot development and integration, including working on both backend and frontend tasks to ensure functionality and user interaction.
- Collaborate on integrating chatbots with existing systems to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
What we are looking for
- Strong technical foundation in data analytics, statistical analysis, machine learning concepts, and programming languages with demonstrated ability to build software solutions independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills with initiative to translate data insights into actionable solutions and drive projects forward
- Ability to work with AI technologies and a strong understanding of problem-solving in a collaborative environment.
