What you will be working on
• Assist the Registrar with formulating ROM’s operations policy and procedures in handling of the registration and solemnisation of marriages under the provisions of Women’s Charter.
• Develop the business plan for solemnisation services at ROM’s venues, including the setting of fees, pricing, market positioning and supply volume to meet couples’ needs
• Plan and implement initiatives to improve users’ experience, as measured by customer satisfaction scores and metrics
• Assist the Registrar in managing the data and records under ROM, in particular the State Marriage Register
• Any other duties/ projects assigned by the Registrar.
What we are looking for
• Relevant qualifications
• Able to write and communicate clearly, concisely and logically, including making presentations on business proposals
• Able to work with different stakeholders to re-imagine the customer journey, including conducting surveys, focus group discussions and product testing
• Knowledge or experience in IT system management/ development as a business user.
