What the role is

You'll play a key role in strategic organisational transformation and formulating capability building initiatives. This role focuses on developing OD capabilities across the ministry, designing purposeful leadership engagements, and driving culture-building initiatives that position MOM as an Employer of Choice. You will collaborate with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and diverse stakeholders to design and execute strategic initiatives that build desired organizational culture and employee experience.

What you will be working on

OD Capability Development • Participate in developing and growing OD capabilities across MOM divisions, ensuring consistent standards and professional excellence • Lead the learning and development of the MOM OD Community of Practice, facilitating knowledge sharing, best practice exchange, and collaborative learning opportunities Leadership Engagement & Team Building • Organise and execute strategic team-building initiatives and employee engagement programmes specifically tailored for MOM leadership • Design experiential learning opportunities that strengthen leadership cohesion and drive organisational alignment • Partner with divisions to create meaningful engagement touchpoints that reinforce organisational priorities and values Culture Building & Values Reinforcement • Coordinate culture-building initiatives including the development and execution of values-led organisational platforms such as the 'People & Culture' Townhall. • Drive large-scale cultural transformation programmes that embed organisational values and strengthen employee connection to MOM's mission • Be part of a workstream that examines current work norms, behaviours and rituals to recommend and establish new ones to drive and reinforce refreshed organization and leadership values.

What we are looking for

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in organisation development, human resource development, change management, or related fields with demonstrated leadership experience • Strong strategic thinking abilities with experience in capability development, community building, and large-scale programme management • Good analytical skills with experience in organisational assessment, culture measurement, and programme evaluation • Experience in event management, internal communications, and creating engaging employee experiences • Strong collaborative leadership style with ability to work effectively across diverse divisions and organisational levels • Good interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at senior levels • Ability to thrive in complex, fast-paced environments whilst maintaining strategic focus and attention to detail
