What the role is

You'll drive meaningful organisational transformation and employee experience initiatives. This role focuses on introducing systematic change, enhancing employee engagement and wellbeing, and building a strong organisational culture. You will collaborate across all levels of the organisation, working closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders to design and execute strategic initiatives that will position MOM as an Employer of Choice.

What you will be working on

1. Employee Engagement & Wellbeing • Design and implement staff wellbeing and engagement interventions that enhance employee experience, satisfaction and retention • Drive holistic wellbeing for MOMers’ mental, psychological, physical health, work-life integration, and resilience through MOM-wide programmes and the Cohesion and Wellbeing Club (CWC). 2. Culture Building & Communications • Support culture development programmes such as values campaigns to drive organisational alignment • Drive internal communications and campaigns to effectively convey key organisational messages • Design and execute MOM-wide events to reinforce MOM brand identity, drive MOM values and create meaningful employee experiences 3. Organisation Development and Change Management • Partner with key stakeholders to design and implement interventions that facilitate organisational change and strategic alignment • Conduct organisational assessments and gather feedback to identify improvement opportunities and support decision making

What we are looking for

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in human resource development (HRD), organisation development (OD), change management, or related fields. Fresh graduates will also be considered. • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, survey analysis, and programme evaluation. • Passion and curiosity for supporting organisational transformation and growth. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in AI tools and design software for creating communications materials and presentations. • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills across diverse divisions. • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments whilst maintaining attention to detail.
