What the role is
What you will be working on
Responsibilities
You will manage a team of consultants and contractors to ensure quality projects are delivered on time and within budget. This process will also involve coordinating input from internal and external stakeholders including various authorities and non-governmental organisations to realise projects that meet desired objectives.
Your duties will also include project initiation and planning, budgeting, tendering
process and contract administration through to post-completion of the projects.
What we are looking for
Requirements
Areas of study in Architecture, Construction Project Management, Engineering, Coastal and Marine or related discipline
Having at least 3 years of prior working experience in managing projects at design and construction stages will be an added advantage
Familiar with development stages, which include land use planning, preliminary design, detailed design, construction stage, and completion clearances, and the required regulatory submissions to relevant authorities at each phase.
Self-motivated team player, responsible and resourceful with good analytical and problem-solving skills
Good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
Adaptable and able to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Interest in offshore, coastal and marine projects
Willing to work in outdoor forested environments and on offshore islands
