What you will be working on
Administrative support on the execution of full spectrum of activities ranging from:
- Driving professional development and capability building initiatives to strengthen in-house trainers' professional competencies
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on professional development projects and initiatives to uplift quality of in-house trainers
- Administering schemes and programmes that supports professional development of in-house trainers
- Setting and benchmarking of in-house training standards and training effectiveness
- Job scope include managing budget, managing databases, secretariat duties and any other duties assigned
What we are looking for
- Diploma, GCE "A" Level, Higher NITEC or equivalent competencies
- Self-motivated team player with good interpersonal skills
- Good written and presentation skills
- Systematic and attentive to details
- Proficient in data analytics and Microsoft (Excel and Word)
