What you will be working on
- Spearhead the operation of data migration to a new Human Capital Management Software-as-a-Service (HCM SaaS) platform
- Drive innovation in HR analytics, workflow automation, and emerging technologies
- Enhance HR analytics capabilities to provide actionable insights for decision-making
- Orchestrate transition of existing HR applications to modern workflow platforms for improved employee self-service
- Establish HR Tech Innovation Lab to bridge functionality gaps through low-code/no-code solutions

- Navigating complex technical integrations across multiple vendor relationships
- Maintaining data integrity and security throughout large-scale system transitions
- Balancing demands of coordinating diverse stakeholders and managing competing priorities during critical migration phases
- Driving innovation where legacy systems must continue operating seamlessly alongside new technologies
What we are looking for
- Education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field is preferred
- Professional certification in project management (i.e. PMP) or data management preferred is preferred
- At least 10 years of experience in enterprise data management across large organisations
- Systems implementation leadership experience including major ERP/HCM systems implementation with change management
- Familiarity with large-scale data migration projects including legacy system transitions
- Strong leadership ability and strategic thinking capabilities
- Decisive decision-making capabilities under uncertainty
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills with systems perspective
- Adaptability and resiliency in complex technical environments
