You lead the operational execution of our organisation's Human Resource (HR) data migration and systems integration initiatives. You also serve as the technical execution lead for implementing data governance frameworks and managing Human Capital Management Software-as-a-Service (HCM SaaS) migration activities.

What you will be working on
- Implement comprehensive data catalogue and access governance systems
- Conduct detailed analysis and comparison of current systems against new HCM SaaS data models
- Execute data preparation and field creation processes
- Manage end-to-end migration activities
- Provide project coordination across multiple teams and vendors

What we are looking for
- Education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems or a related technical field
- Professional certifications in data management, database administration, or relevant technical areas is preferred
- At least 6 years of experience in enterprise data management and analysis in large organisation
- Hands-on experience with data mapping, transformation, and migration projects
- Prior participation in ERP/HCM systems implementation with data responsibilities
- Experience working with business users, vendors, and cross-functional teams on technical projects
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail
- Strong project management capabilities
- Ability to navigate technical complexities while keeping diverse teams aligned and productive
