What the role is

You play a pivotal role in managing inquiry work and disciplinary cases for the Army.

What you will be working on

- Assess and recommend level of inquiry to be convened for various cases - Monitor progress of inquiry work and ensure timely completion - Draft Army Response Paper to address inquiry reports, including clarifications with stakeholders - Assess disciplinary investigation reports - Provide approved disciplinary recommendations to units - Hold unit secondary appointments in other domains such as security, IT or logistics Challenge(s) - Mastering familiarity with military policies, process and procedures - Mastering familiarity with legal perspectives and internal disciplinary systems

What we are looking for

- Education in Human Resource, Business, Engineering or a related field - Good communication, analytical and writing skills - Ability to work independently as well as in team - Prior military background or experience is advantageous (Applicants with no experience may apply.) Appointment will be commensurate with your experience. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
