What the role is

PMO-SG drives whole-of-government strategic planning by identifying key priorities and emerging issues over the medium to long-term. As the Personal Assistant (PA), you will provide secretariat and administrative support to your Principals to ensure that their schedule proceeds smoothly.

What you will be working on

You will be working in an administrative role and your responsibilities comprise the following: a) Manage the Principals’ schedules and phone calls, etc, and assist with claims and handle meeting logistics. b) Track and manage outstanding tasks. This will require you to prioritise tasks and to follow up with various parties to coordinate the timely submission of work. c) Support the planning and execution of overseas trips, where relevant. This includes upstream administrative tasks such as the preparation of meeting folders and booking of venues. You may also have to correspond and work with foreign counterparts to maintain a travel schedule that may cut across several countries and time zones. d) Handle sensitive and confidential correspondences and information, including knowledge management. e) Provide support duties as required. You will also be part of the Strategy Group’s support team, where you may be involved in cross-departmental projects.
