What you will be working on

Job Scope: Execute Quality Assurance and Governance Programmes Strategic Quality Assurance • Support organisation-wide ISO 45001 certification and accreditation programmes, ensuring alignment with international standards • Support quality assurance initiatives that strengthen safety governance • Support all requirements for ASG-SDG OHS Working Committee and ISO 45001 Management Committee • Support robust quality management systems and documentation protocols that meet statutory requirements Implement Safety Recognition and Culture Initiatives • Shape organisational safety culture through support of implementation of strategic recognition frameworks and industry-level awards with national partners (Singapore Civil Defence Force, Ministry of Manpower, Singapore Heart Foundation) • Execute impactful staff engagement initiatives that strengthen safety ownership across SportSG • Organise innovative recognition programmes including ActiveSG Star Safety Award and national-level safety excellence schemes (BizSafe) • Support culture-building initiatives that position the division as an authority in safety excellence • Foster partnerships with stakeholders Implement Safety Education & Capability Development Programmes • Support the review of safety education training programmes and resources • Support the design of innovative and engaging learning solutions (interactive modules, microlearning content, and immersive materials) and resources (guides for concussion, heat management, etc) • Support safety capability building initiatives across sporting ecosystem with stakeholders who are subject experts (National Sports Associations, Institutes of Higher Learning, SCDF) Manage Strategic Safety Communications and Engagement • Support large-scale safety awareness campaigns and national initiatives (World Day for Safety and Heath at Work) • Develop content on safety awareness across multiple platforms (corporate website, roadshows) • Manage centralised knowledge management system for safety resources • Engage stakeholder through targeted outreach programmes Support Division-wide Projects and Initiatives • Manage business partnerships in training and safety matters for assigned Zones/Divisions, ensuring strategic alignment with organisational objectives • Support the organisation of large-scale division-wide and organisation-wide projects (e.g., International Lifeguard Appreciation Day, World Safety Day, GetActive! Singapore) • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to maximise synergies across teams

What we are looking for

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. Job Requirement: • At least 1 – 3 years of experience in • Bachelor’s Degree in: Business, Marketing, Sport, Sport Management, Social Science, Workplace Health & Safety, and any relevant studies • Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health, Risk Management in Sport, WSQ Implement Incident Management Process, ISO45001 internal auditor certification or its equivalent is a plus • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Effective stakeholder management ability • Demonstrated initiative and proactiveness • Adaptable team player
