Analyst / Senior Analyst, HR Tech Planning - contract position

We aren’t looking for a system administrator; we are hiring an Architect of Employee Experience. As our HR Technology Planner, you will design and guide the evolution of the digital ecosystem that supports our people. You bridge human potential and digital capability, turning business needs into sustainable, future-ready solutions.

You will own the HR system landscape - assessing where we are today, defining where we need to be, and charting the most effective path forward. You move from strategic planning to hands-on leadership, ensuring each technology investment delivers long-term value. Key Responsibilities • Landscape Architecture: Maintain a comprehensive map of the HR technology ecosystem (HCM, ATS, LMS, Payroll, etc.) and ensure systems are integrated and scalable. • Strategic Roadmap Planning: Identify gaps in the tech stack and research emerging HRIS trends. • End-to-End Project Leadership: Lead HR technology projects from initiation to go-live, covering vendor selection, requirements, UAT, and change management. • Business Partnership: Translate HR needs into technology solutions that offer long-term value. • Data Integrity & Optimization: Keep processes efficient and reduce manual workload for HR teams.

• A Strategic Thinker: Able to connect system changes to organization-wide impact. • A Project Catalyst: Skilled in project management (Agile or PMP preferred). • A Master Communicator: Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Future-Focused: Interested in AI, automation, and data analytics trends. • Technical Savvy: Familiarity with platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, and integration tools. • Soft Skills: Strong presentation abilities and capable of managing diverse stakeholders.
