You will be part of the Partnership Division to develop and curate content to strengthen families, design and execute communications and engagement plans for family programmes, and work with stakeholders and volunteers to deliver family initiatives.
Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will collaborate with the people, private and public sectors to actively recruit, grow, train and develop volunteers to promote strong families in Singapore.

What the role is
What you will be working on
Responsibilities:
• Actively recruit and develop volunteers to promote strong families in Singapore
• Collaborate with private sector, social service agencies (SSAs) and people sector to grow network of volunteers
• Plan and implement volunteer management processes such as recruitment, training, activation, etc
• Identify volunteer training needs and organise training programmes for volunteers
• Coordinate and implement volunteering platforms
• Plan and organise volunteer engagement and appreciation sessions
• Manage volunteer management system, budget, procurement and resources

• Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant and positive personality, enjoys interacting with people from different backgrounds
• Driven and self-motivated, able to multi-task
• Able to work independently and a good team player
• Experience in volunteer management will be an advantage
