What the role is
What you will be working on
You will be involved in supporting the Transformation Office's communications and engagement initiatives to drive digital and AI transformation, as well as other related transformation efforts across the organisation. This includes designing EDMs to communicate key updates and transformation initiatives, managing communications plans to ensure timely stakeholder engagement with staff across the organisation, and supporting events such as workshops, learning journeys, or roadshows when required.
Working with a small team, you will coordinate with various stakeholders to develop content for internal platforms, including writing, editing, and designing content such as messages, visuals, articles and newsletters. You will also help measure the impact of communications efforts to improve engagement.
What we are looking for
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Clarity of thoughts and ability to synthesise findings into succinct insights
- Good interpersonal skills, agile and able to coordinate with different stakeholders
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to design graphics (e.g., Canva), take photos will be an added advantage
Period of Internship: 1 May 2026 - 31 Aug 2026
