What the role is
What you will be working on
You will be involved in organising a study trip in Singapore on heat resilience involving countries / cities who are signatories to the Global Cooling Pledge and Beat the Heat initiative.
This will include collaborating closely with a wide range of key stakeholders including the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), government agencies and research institutes, to develop the study trip programme (e.g., workshops, site visits) and overseeing operations and logistics.
What we are looking for
1. Good written and verbal communication skills
2. Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
3. Ability to pay close attention to detail
4. Flexible and adaptable
5. Prior experience in event planning would be useful
Period of Internship: 1 Apr 2026 - 31 Aug 2026
