What you will be working on
- Oversee daily operations of SAF Advanced Schools including finance, logistics, safety, facilities, security and course conduct
- Review manpower requirements and provide strategic recommendations
- Administer electronic Human Resource (e-HR) modules for courses and headquarters administrative matters
- Plan course workplans and training programmes
- Review curriculum designs for effectiveness with external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Maintain discipline, regimentation and safety culture across all personnel
- Manage comprehensive financial support for all school operations and internal orders
Challenge(s)
- Ensuring SAF policies, directions and requirements are effectively integrated into course curricula to maintain relevance and responsiveness
- Collaborating with external SMEs to continuously review and develop challenging, relevant curricula for advanced military education
What we are looking for
- Education in Instructional Systems Design, Systems Thinking, Organisational Learning, or a related field
- At least 6 years of work experience with leadership experiences in an operational department preferred
- Certifications in coaching and facilitation methodologies is advantageous
- Strong administrative and financial management capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
