What you will be working on
- Govern and manage the safety management system to ensure robust operational standards
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of safety trends to identify patterns and potential risk areas
- Organise and deliver safety workshops and seminars to enhance safety awareness and competency
- Implement and ensure compliance of all OHS efforts
- Analyse the Division/Formation's safety and health performance to identify shortfalls and recommend targeted areas for improvement

What we are looking for
- At least 6 years' experience in training and operations
- Good leadership, decision-making, organisation, and time management skills
- Proficiency in data analytics
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Independent and self-motivated
- Ability to work effectively in team
