What you will be working on
Communications Strategy & Brand Management:
• Develop and execute comprehensive strategic communications plans that align with organisational goals and to enhance CSC’s brand identity across various touchpoints
• Ensure consistent and impactful messaging in CSC’s external communications across all platforms
• Monitor conversations about CSC and relevant topics, proactively addressing misinformation and amplifying positive feedback
• Position CSC as a thought leader by showcasing expert insights, research, and innovative practices
Content Creation & Digital Publishing:
• Create and curate high-quality, platform-specific content including articles, press releases, reports, social media posts, and digital assets
• Develop and implement digital publishing strategies to expand online content reach and impact
• Oversee content creation, design, and publishing processes to ensure consistency and quality
• Coordinate with subject matter experts, writers, editors, and designers to produce compelling digital content
• Ensure all communications reflect CSC's tone, values, and strategic priorities while maintaining compliance with government guidelines and legal requirements
Digital Marketing & Social Media:
• Develop and manage CSC's social media presence to maximise visibility and stakeholder engagement
• Plan and implement targeted marketing campaigns to drive engagement and promote CSC's programmes, products and initiatives
• Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO optimisation, email campaigns, and content distribution
• Experiment with innovative content formats and engagement strategies
• Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and address concerns professionally
Employer Branding & Stakeholder Engagement:
• Collaborate with internal teams to highlight CSC's culture, values, employee achievements, and learning opportunities
• Develop compelling employer branding content that attracts top talent and showcases organisational excellence
Analytics & Performance Optimisation:
• Monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness using key performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions)
• Utilise analytics tools to track and evaluate digital content performance across all channels
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimise communication and outreach initiatives
• Leverage data analytics to continuously refine communication strategies
What we are looking for
We are looking for a dynamic communications professional with 3–6 years of experience who excels at managing multi-channel communication strategies and crafting compelling content that drives engagement. The ideal candidate combines exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong project management abilities and a talent for cultivating professional networks to achieve strategic objectives.
We seek someone proficient in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, WOGGA) who possesses natural flair for storyboarding and storytelling. Video editing, graphic design skills, and data analytics experience will be a strong advantage, along with an eye for detail in content development and design.
