Role Overview
We are looking for a Programme Head to lead the design, development, and delivery of digital engagement and adoption programmes that promote digital confidence and lifelong learning. The Programme Head will support the Senior Programme Head in driving community partnership development and programme development, ensuring successful execution across assigned regions whilst fostering strong relationships with Grassroots Organisations (GROs), Grassroots Leaders (GRLs), and local community stakeholders. You will help ensure that programmes meet the needs of target communities and are delivered effectively through strategic partnerships.

What you will be working on

Responsibilities

Programme Design & Development

  • Assist in the design and development of digital engagement and adoption programmes aimed at enhancing digital confidence and long-term adoption among diverse community groups.
  • Help design and implement community partnership strategies for People and Local partners, including GROs and GRLs, to build and nurture relationships that support digital engagement and adoption initiatives at the community level.
  • Help track and ensure that programmes are delivered effectively, fostering engagement and participation from community members to achieve programme outcomes.

Programme Delivery & Coordination

  • Coordinate the delivery of digital engagement programmes across assigned regions, ensuring programmes are tailored to meet local needs and are effectively implemented.
  • Provide support for People sector, Grassroots Organisations, Grassroots Leaders, and community partners in the field to ensure successful programme execution.
  • Help track and monitor the engagement and mobilisation of People and local partners to ensure successful programme delivery.

Partnership Development & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Assist in acquiring new community partners and renewing existing partnerships.
  • Build and manage relationships with community stakeholders, including grassroots networks and local organisations, to ensure strong collaboration and support for programme delivery.

Monitoring & Evaluation

  • Monitor programme performance, including participation and outcomes. Provide feedback to senior leaders on programme effectiveness and areas for improvement.
  • Collect community feedback and use it to refine programme strategies and improve delivery.

Stakeholder Support

  • Provide on-the-ground support to People and Local community stakeholders, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to implement programmes successfully.
  • Help foster a collaborative environment where stakeholders are motivated and aligned with programme objectives.

What we are looking for

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in programme management, programme coordination, community engagement, or digital adoption roles.
  • Experience in working with grassroots organisations, community networks, and managing community outreach initiatives.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and relationship management skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders and build partnerships.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and programmes simultaneously while meeting deadlines and objectives.
  • Experience in monitoring programme performance and engaging stakeholders to ensure programme success.
