What the role is

The Singapore Global Network (SGN) is a division in the Economic Development Board tasked to re-energise Singapore's efforts in building a strong and extensive ecosystem of overseas Family, Friends, Fans (3F) for Singapore. SGN leads the Whole-Of-Government effort to coordinate across agencies and strengthen our collective networks whose skills, affinity and influence could help build linkages to global business and talent communities and enhance the international mindshare of Singapore as a leading globally connected city.

What you will be working on

The Digital Platforms Administrator supports the setup, configuration, and day-to-day operations of the organisation’s cloud-based tools, such as Qualtrics, event management systems, and other SaaS applications.

This role focuses on assisting business teams with form creation, user access management, and basic troubleshooting. It is well-suited for a detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn how enterprise SaaS platforms are managed and governed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor SaaS platforms on a day-to-day basis to ensure that the system is working business-as-usual

  • Identify and report system anomalies, access issues, or unusual usage patterns.

  • Configure the SaaS system to support the usage by our users (e.g. setting up surveys, scheduling surveys, setting up event pages)

  • Provide first-level support to users using SaaS platforms (e.g., login issues, basic navigation, form edits) and escalating when necessary

  • Onboard new users by creating accounts, assigning permissions, and sharing instructions

  • Troubleshoot simple configuration or data entry issues and escalate complex issues to senior admin or vendor support

  • Assist in extracting activity logs and usage reports to support security and audit reviews.

  • Support secure data exports for reporting and analysis.

  • Support Product Manager in the renewal of procurement of the SaaS tools, procurement documentation, usage reviews to inform renwal decisions

What we are looking for

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn technical platforms.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills for working with internal users and vendors.

  • Comfortable with using digital systems and following step-by-step configuration instructions.

  • Ability to pick up new digital tools and systems quickly.

  • Good knowledge of Excel/CSV handling.

  • Organised, reliable, and able to handle repetitive operational tasks accurately.

Nice-to-Have

  • Exposure to Qualtrics, any event management tools, CRM systems, or form builders.

  • Understanding of simple logic (e.g., skip logic, branching, embedded data).

  • Basic HTML/CSS experience (not required but helpful).

  • Interest in growing into a Systems Admin or Business Systems Analyst role.
