Claims Process Development & Policy Implementation
• Develop and implement claim processes to operationalise policies and legislation for platform workers' work injury compensation claims, including providing guidance on pre-hearing conferences to resolve disputes, developing SOPs and insurers' manuals, and ensuring all appeals, objections, and withdrawals are handled according to established policy guidelines.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communications Management
• Engage diverse stakeholders including taxi and private-hire car operators, food/goods delivery companies, associations (National Private Hire Vehicles Association and National Delivery Champions), and NTUC to ensure smooth implementation of WICA cover for platform workers, whilst preparing outreach materials, attending to queries via multiple channels, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to respond to media enquiries.
IT System Enhancement & Technical Liaison
• Liaise with vendors on IT system enhancements to process platform workers' claims and handle system-related queries from insurers to ensure efficient claims processing operations.

What we are looking for
• At least two to three years of experience involving customer service (frontline experience), operational work.
• Having legal and regulatory background, and/or knowledge of general insurance concepts/underwriting is advantageous.
• Having computer language knowledge (e.g. Java/.Net), understand database knowledge (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server) and/or experience in handling system request issues is advantageous.
