What the role is

We welcome you to join our team as: SENIOR EXECUTIVE FAMILY PROTECTION & SUPPORT DIVISION FAMILY JUSTICE COURTS The successful candidate will provide support to the registry and court operations within the Family Protection and Support Division of the Family Justice Courts (FJC).

What you will be working on

• Deliver frontline operational support for Registry and Court Operations, which include explaining filing requirements and documents needed for applications. • Handle court users’ enquiries and process applications over the counter. • Process high-volume online applications efficiently and effectively within timelines. • Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide support services for court users. • Manage day-to-day system requests, liaise with technical support specialist to resolve issues raised from internal or external stakeholders. • Conduct physical delivery and explain official court documents to parties in Singapore; track, monitor, and verify service status in adherence to timeline. • Participate in projects to improve existing workflows and update of SOPs. • Coordinate and collaborate with multi-disciplinary experts from strategic partners and external agencies such as MSF and SPF in the holistic management of cases.

What we are looking for

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience • Able to perform field duties outside FJC premises which involves travelling around Singapore using public or own transport (reimbursable) • Able to work under pressure, independently as well as in a team • Excellent customer service experience with members of the public and external stakeholders • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) • Independent and able to think on one’s feet • Conversant in use of IT and related applications Note: The successful candidate will undergo a structured training programme before assuming full duties.
