What you will be working on

The job-holder will serve as a backend service support for the Sport Centre Operations. Roles & Responsibilities • To ensure proper individual time management for the timely creation of programmes on ActiveSG platform • To manage the mailbox and ensure timely follow up on any programme requests or queries received • To ensure in proper documentation and knowledge management. • To consolidate monthly LTP attendance submission from different sport centres. • Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required. • To liaise with any other internal and external stakeholders where required for the successful processing of programmes creation and payment related matters if any.

What we are looking for

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: • Basic Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel & Word and some experience in using Robotic Automation Process (RPA) is preferred. • Customer Service Background • Good writing and communication skills • 2 years of experience in customer service and administration • Prior experience in programme management and coordination would be advantageous. • Grit & Resilience • Attention to detail • Flexibility and Adaptability • Passion to serve customers • Positive attitude and Proactive Only shortlisted candidates will be notified. The level of offer will be commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 12-months temporary contract.
