What you will be working on
• Support onboarding and engagement of agencies and AI Champions.
• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, demos and community activities.
• Support internal communications such as programme updates, guides and engagement materials.
• Assist with awareness campaigns and sharing of AI use cases.
• Collect participant feedback and track engagement and participation metrics.
What we are looking for
• At least 1 to 3 years working experience with Diploma or Degree in Communications, Business, HR, Marketing or related fields. Fresh diploma/ degree holder is welcome to apply
• Experience in engagement, communications or training coordination is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable engaging stakeholders across different agencies and seniority levels.
• Interest in AI or digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
