What you will be working on
• Coordinate programme activities, schedules and inter-agency meetings.
• Track milestones, deliverables and risks, and support issue follow-up.
• Prepare programme updates, dashboards and management reporting materials.
• Maintain programme documentation and records.
• Support logistics, procurement coordination and administrative processes related to programme activities.
What we are looking for
• At least 1 to 3 years working experience with Diploma or Degree in Communications, Business, HR, Marketing or related field. Fresh diploma/ degree holder is welcome to apply
• Experience in programme coordination or operations support is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work with stakeholders across agencies.
