You are responsible for ensuring effective training resource management across Maritime Training and Doctrine Command (MTDC) by planning, managing, and prioritising outsourced training services while overseeing maintenance and operational readiness of all trainer systems in MTDC training schools and designing compliant workflow processes.

What you will be working on
- Plan, manage and prioritise use of outsourced training services including budget planning and payments to support training operations
- Plan, manage and prioritise maintenance of all training resources and facilities
- Plan, manage and prioritise maintenance of all trainer systems located in training schools under MTDC
- Design and implement workflow processes for assigned tasks in accordance with guidelines and policies
- Coordinate across multiple parties including vendors, schools, finance, logistics, IT and operations
Challenge(s)
- Balancing outsourced training resources allocations to both MTDC and RSN units' training demands whilE maintaining diverse training facilities and complex trainer systems with maximum availability
- Coordinating across many parties with differing priorities
- ForecastING training needs and resources under uncertain operational tempos
- Ensuring cost effective, safe and reliable training delivery
What we are looking for
- Broad knowledge on management of contracts to manage diverse range of training resources and administration
- Ability to work independently
- Strong planning and execution skills to manage end-to-end training operations resources support
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Agile and resourceful individual who can adapt to changes in dynamic training environment
