What you will be working on
• Assist in project coordination for IT systems development initiatives supporting CSOG operations.
• Coordinate meetings, support recording of meeting notes, maintain project schedules, and track deliverables and milestones.
• Support budget tracking, expense monitoring, and basic financial reporting for projects, including budget projections.
• Track project metrics and prepare status reports for management.
• Assist in identifying any delays in project progress and support mitigation activities.
• Support procurement processes and vendor coordination activities.
• Assist in system requirements documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Support stakeholder engagement activities and maintain project documentation.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units under supervision.
• Support post-implementation activities and system maintenance coordination.
What we are looking for
Educational Background:
• Tertiary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
• 0-2 years of experience in project coordination, systems support, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts preferred.
• Exposure to IT systems or technology projects would be an advantage.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• Basic understanding of project management tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with IT systems and technology concepts would be an advantage.
