Senior Executive (Systems Development)

You will support systems development projects for the Crisis Strategy and Operations Group (CSOG) by providing project coordination, administrative support, and project management assistance. This role contributes to operational readiness and crisis response capabilities by ensuring smooth project execution and effective communication between stakeholders.

• Assist in project coordination for IT systems development initiatives supporting CSOG operations. • Coordinate meetings, support recording of meeting notes, maintain project schedules, and track deliverables and milestones. • Support budget tracking, expense monitoring, and basic financial reporting for projects, including budget projections. • Track project metrics and prepare status reports for management. • Assist in identifying any delays in project progress and support mitigation activities. • Support procurement processes and vendor coordination activities. • Assist in system requirements documentation and stakeholder communication. • Support stakeholder engagement activities and maintain project documentation. • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units under supervision. • Support post-implementation activities and system maintenance coordination.

Educational Background: • Tertiary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: • 0-2 years of experience in project coordination, systems support, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcomed. • Basic understanding of project management concepts preferred. • Exposure to IT systems or technology projects would be an advantage. Technical Skills: • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). • Basic understanding of project management tools and methodologies. • Familiarity with IT systems and technology concepts would be an advantage.
