What the role is

This role supports the organisation’s capability development agenda by implementing and managing HR development initiatives including learning and development programmes, engagement activities, and core HR management processes. The officer will work closely with stakeholders to build organisational capability, strengthen workforce readiness, and ensure consistent and people‑centred HR practices.

What you will be working on

You will play an important role in:

HR Development

  • Support the implementation of HR capability‑building frameworks (e.g., competency development, talent development structures);

  • Coordinate talent development initiatives such as capability‑building projects, development and sponsorship matters;

  • Support the end‑to‑end L&D cycle, including training needs analysis, programme curation, vendor sourcing, enrolment, and post‑programme evaluation;

  • Monitor L&D budget utilisation and ensure training administration compliance;

  • Track organisational learning indicators and prepare dashboards/reports to inform leadership decisions.


HR Management

  • Support HR operations such as onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and policy reviews;

  • Assist in implementing HR systems/process improvements to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency;

  • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, development opportunities, and procedures.

What we are looking for

  • Relevant HR experience in HR development, learning and development, or employee engagement

  • Good stakeholder management and communication abilities

  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret HR data

  • Process‑oriented, meticulous, and able to work independently

  • Passion for employee development

  • Familiarity with Workday will be an advantage
