Executive for Workplace Experience (Contract)
What the role is
What you will be working on
Workplace Operations
Manage documentation, financial tracking, and compliance processes
Provide workplace administrative support including managing corporate assets, coordinating gift administration processes, and maintaining pantry services
Manage the planning and execution of workplace initiatives
Ensure smooth planning and execution of workplace initiatives by coordinating logistics, communication efforts, and sourcing of resources
Support and maintain accurate records of transport arrangement
Facilities & Vendor Management
Oversee resource allocation and space utilisation, such as managing seating and room booking systems
Coordinate maintenance and ensure appropriate showcase of display items
Maintain vendor relationships, contract administration and procurement activities
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and proper documentation
What we are looking for
Diploma in Business, Facilities Management, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Possess a driven, self-motivated, and positive attitude and is a team player
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Events management and designing skills is an added advantage
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and detail oriented
