What you will be working on
• Assist in property tax assessment work including preparation of assessment data
• Conduct site inspections and analysis of rental data
• Propose annual values based on market analysis and valuation principles
• Work on adhoc projects and present findings to branch management team
• Apply valuation knowledge to practical tax administration scenarios
What we are looking for
• Students pursuing Real Estate programmes
• Basic valuation knowledge and understanding of property markets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Interest in tax administration and property valuation
Internship Duration: 3 months (May 2026 - August 2026) or 4 months (August 2026 - December 2026) | Open to all Undergraduates
