What you will be working on

Responsibilities 1. To provide secretarial, clerical, and administrative services and support for the Senior Management in an effective, efficient and professional manner. Responsibilities include handling/screening of phone calls, managing email correspondences, scheduling of meetings and appointments, updating and maintaining the Senior Management’s diary of meetings and appointments, preparing meeting materials and documentations, organising, filing and maintaining a proper filing system, keeping accurate record of key contact information for Senior Management, booking of resources (e.g. for overseas trips, IPPT), assisting in claim matters, etc. 2. To perform general administrative duties such as data entry, collation of information, drafting of simple submissions, provision of corporate services support and other ad-hoc duties.

What we are looking for

Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook); • Have at least three (3) years of working experience in the related field; • Possess good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills; • Meticulous and committed to ensure confidentiality, accuracy and completeness in preparing documentations; • Have a good command of the English Language; • Able to multi-task and handle urgent requests when required; • Diligent, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision and be a team player. All new appointees will be appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance.
