Senior Executive / Manager / Senior Manager (Strategic Planning)

The jobholder will oversee the Strategic Foresight portfolio in the Strategic Planning Directorate. He/she is responsible for establishing P&O's baseline horizon scanning capability, and MHA's strategic foresight ecosystem. To do so, he/she will need to work across all HTDs in MHA, as well as relevant SMEs in WOG and the private sector. Separately, he/she will also support the Directorate's corporate planning workstreams (e.g. organise events involving MHA Senior Management). Key deliverables include developing a systematic approach to identify emerging developments & trends relevant to MHA, identifying topics requiring further study, and the annual publication of P&O's foresight report to support HTDs in their workplan process. The officer will also support the Directorate's corporate planning workstreams.
