What you will be working on

You will be part of the Aviation Relations & Systems team of policy officers, and play a key role in safeguarding and developing Singapore’s aviation hub. You will develop policy positions and strategies to safeguard and advance Singapore’s strategic aviation interests, particularly in the area of civil air traffic management. This includes being actively involved in discussions with foreign stakeholders, developing positions to safeguard Singapore’s strategic aviation interests vis-à-vis bilateral/regional/international developments, enhancing Singapore's international aviation reputation, and supporting the development and adoption of forward-looking air navigation concepts and systems. You will also shape policy positions and strategies to develop the Unmanned Aircraft System and Advanced Air Mobility sector in Singapore. In doing so, you will collaborate closely with CAAS and other Ministries/agencies outside the MOT family; gain exposure to bilateral, regional and international engagements; and have multiple touch-points with POHes and government officials.

The ministry also oversees the operation of the Transport Safety Investigation Bureau (TSIB).
