You will support the development of competency-based hiring framework as an Human Resource Management Intern under People Matters Division.

What you will be working on

  • Conduct research on best practices in competency-based hiring and frameworks across different sectors
  • Develop a comprehensive competency-based hiring framework for the respective job profiles
  • Analyse existing role profiles to identify core competencies and skill requirements
  • Work with HR Business Partners or divisions to design competency assessment criteria
  • Create competency based-interview guides and evaluation tools
  • Develop implementation guidelines for hiring managers
  • Provide administrative and logistical support where required

What we are looking for

  • Open to students from all disciplines; students with a background in Human Resources, Business Administration related courses are particularly encouraged to apply

  • Passionate about Human Resource Management, particularly in talent acquisition

  • Basic research skills

  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills

  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Duration: 3 months
