What you will be working on
As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will drive the recruitment efforts and be responsible to identify, attract and hire the right talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
In this role, you will have opportunities to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to strengthen our employer branding and align with organisation strategies. You will partner key stakeholders to understand manpower needs and manages all aspects of the recruitment process in a timely manner.
You will also work closely with other HR functions (e.g. Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Talent Management) with the aim of attracting, engaging, and retaining a talented workforce.
What we are looking for
• Singapore citizen with at least 3 years of HR experience
• Relevant experience in the public sector will be an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining attention to detail
• A team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage people at all levels

The ministry also oversees the operation of the Transport Safety Investigation Bureau (TSIB).
