This project focuses on developing an AI-powered email assistant that complements existing document-based retrieval solutions with contextual insights drawn from historical email correspondence.
The project aims to extend current automation capabilities by enabling the assistant to retrieve and analyse previous email exchanges to generate relevant, context-aware responses. This will ensure that responses are comprehensive and reduce the need for manual intervention.
