What the role is

This project focuses on transforming existing user guides and documents into a user-friendly, interactive web-based information portal. The project aims to improve user self-service experiences and user autonomy by transforming static documents into interactive web pages with easy navigation and robust search functionality through restricting of content.

What you will be working on

The project will deliver an automated document conversion pipeline that processes technical documents, extracts structural elements, and generates consistent HTML content. This will be supported by custom built code solution, tapping on commerical LLM solution for intelligent content restructuring, and a responsive web interface with integrated navigation and search functionality to provide a user-friendly documentation portal. Through this project, the intern will gain practical experience in AI-powered document processing, LLM and RAG implementation, and coding skillset development. The project will also develop skills in system design, usability, and delivering scalable AI solutions aligned with real organisational needs.

What we are looking for

- Experience in Python programming and PDF processing libraries (e.g., PyPDF2, pdfplumber) is required - Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web interface development is required - Experience with web frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django) and search implementation is preferred Possess knowledge or experience in Computer Science/ Data Science Open to Undergraduates and Polytechnic students Internship duration: May-Jul 2026
