What the role is
Provide essential support to the team in Conventions II by maintaining existing client relationships and ensuring continuity of service delivery and success involves maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, processing grants efficiently, and ensuring seamless service delivery to existing clients without interruption.
What you will be working on

This contract position focuses on maintaining and servicing existing relationships. You will ensure business continuity by managing established accounts and supporting operational processes.
Client Account Management and Maintenance: You will proactively service existing association clients both locally and internationally, maintaining regular contact to ensure their ongoing needs are met and projects progress smoothly.
Grant Administration and Processing: You will handle the complete grant processing cycle from AIP through to disbursement, ensuring all existing commitments are fulfilled accurately and on schedule.
Operational Support and Project Coordination: You will follow up on existing project statuses, conduct necessary site inspections, and facilitate connections between established stakeholders to support successful event delivery.
Market Intelligence Support: You will assist with gathering and analysing market intelligence data to support the team's strategic activities and maintain Singapore's competitive position in the association events sector.

- Good analytical skills and strategic thinking, demonstrating the ability to identify, analyse and synthesise information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills will be needed to effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in grant management and some knowledge of the MICE are good to have.
