What the role is
What you will be working on
Audit and Compliance Support
Prepare comprehensive audit access review reports for various IT systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards.
Support data collation efforts by proactively following up with reporting entities to ensure timely and complete submissions, including ability to troubleshoot submission errors and address data accuracy issues.
Systems and User Acceptance Test (UAT) Support
Participate in UAT activities for department projects to validate system functionalities against business requirements.
Develop and execute test cases, document results, and report issues to project teams.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure defects are tracked, resolved and re-tested before deployment.
Provide feedback on usability, accuracy and compliance of new systems or enhancements to existing systems.
Support data migration by verifying accuracy of migrated data, identify discrepancies or missing information, document findings and escalate issues to project team.
Knowledge Management and Administration
Contribute to the department's knowledge management initiatives by maintaining organised records and documentation systems.
Ensure information is accessible, current, and properly archived according to relevant protocols.
Assist in maintaining and publishing data and information on relevant webpages.
Event Coordination and Logistics
Coordinate logistical arrangements for departmental meetings, conferences, and events. This includes venue booking, scheduling, participant coordination, and ensuring all necessary resources are available.
Procurement Support
Assist with the procurement process for goods and services, including vendor research, documentation preparation, and compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
General Administrative Support
Provide additional administrative assistance as required to support departmental operations and objectives.
Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by department.
What we are looking for
Technical Expertise
Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
Ability to learn usage of internal systems relating to document sharing, website content management, process flow management
Soft Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong active listening abilities
Self-motivated with a positive attitude, able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational skills and proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively within timelines
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to deliver well
