What the role is
What you will be working on
- Manage the administration of awards including Good Conduct and Service Medals
- Guide a team in embracing technology as part of MINDEF/SAF's digital transformation journey
- Determine key areas for training intervention to enhance team competencies and capabilities
- Collaborate closely with Personnel Nodes in supporting Human Resource Administration functions for tenant units in Army camps
- Ensure despatch support administration is provided to customers
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery efficiency
Challenge(s)
- Managing unpresented medals effectively
- Engaging resourcefully with units and NSmen to facilitate medal collection
- Exercising service excellence and gathering feedback on processes
What we are looking for
- Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant experience in HR operations, administration, and team management is advantageous
- Knowledge of employee experience management, HR policies, process and legislation, competency framework development and application, and customer experience and service design would be advantageous
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with proven ability to drive digital transformation initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness
