Manager (NS Management) - Bukit Merah

You are responsible for the comprehensive planning, management and execution of all National Service (NS) related matters in MINDEF Communications Organisation (MCO).

- Develop and implement comprehensive NS staffing strategies to meet MCO's operational requirements - Drive strategic deployment of NSmen by leveraging various schemes to ensure optimal matching of expertise and resources - Plan and execute succession planning initiatives - Manage training systems and administration to support NSmen - Coordinate NS-related administrative processes to ensure smooth operations and compliance Challenge(s) - Navigating the complexities of NS policies, directives, and systems to integrate all aspects seamlessly - Balancing diverse operational requirements whilst providing a smooth, meaningful and enriching experience for MCO's NSmen

- Prior relevant experience in handling human resources or administrative functions will be advantageous - Possession of organisational knowledge is advantageous - Sound analytical and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong command of written and spoken English - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively - Meticulous attention to detail and service-oriented mindset (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
