What you will be working on
- Provide governance of Army-wide maintenance processes and transactions
- Lead governance of Army-wide maintenance processes and transactions to ensure standardisation and compliance across all units
- Drive enterprise system ownership and enhancement initiatives to optimise maintenance operations and data integrity
- Spearhead the development of next-generation maintenance enterprise systems to meet evolving operational requirements
- Champion digital transformation and process re-engineering efforts to modernise maintenance workflows and capabilities
Challenge(s)
- Developing an in-depth understanding of the Army's complex maintenance enterprise systems and their interdependencies
- Navigating entrenched legacy practices and deeply rooted user habits whilst delivering key transformation milestones, including adoption of new digital tools and process standardisation
- Balancing system design constraints with diverse user needs to develop and deliver viable, future-ready solutions that effectively address operational requirements
What we are looking for
- At least 6 years' of relevant experience in Systems Applications and Products (SAP) or Enterprise Systems, or SAP certification in engineering and maintenance is preferred
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills
- Design thinking capabilities to create user-centric solutions and drive innovation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability to embrace changes
- Receptiveness to new ideas and emerging technologies
