Key Competencies
• [Financial Analysis] The ability to apply analysis tools and techniques such as data analytics on financial information to assess financial implications and financial viability. This provides value-added financial insights and points of view to support the organisation’s plans.
• [Financial Operations & Controls] The knowledge of and ability to apply prevailing principles, policies, laws and regulations (such as Finance Procedures Act, Revenue Recognition Framework, relevant Instructional Manuals, Financial Circulars, Finance Circular Minutes and other applicable laws, regulations and internal and finance guidelines) in the execution of financial operations and management.
• [Financial Reporting] The ability to prepare reconciliation statements by applying the right principles, standards and appropriate accounting treatments for accounts reconciliation and financial reporting.
• [Systems and Data Management] The ability to administer financial operations by using relevant knowledge and applying financial accounting systems, management reporting systems, e-transaction portals and other IT systems and software. This includes providing support for financial transaction reviews and workflow processes within in-house case management systems. Knowledge on Robotic Process Automation would be an added advantage.
Qualifications/Personal Traits
• Fresh graduates may apply.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel.
• Ability to work independently and be part of a team.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work product.
• Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively.
Successful candidates will be appointed on a 1-year contract, in the first instance.
