The Strategy, International & Research Group (SIR) drives the strategic planning process and research to help MSF advance its mission and contribute to the whole-of-government strategic objectives.
The Digitalisation Strategy Branch (DSB), as part of the Transformation Division in SIR, serves as MSF's strategic enabler for digital transformation, driving the organisation toward becoming a future-ready, I.D.E.A.L. (Innovative, Digital, Empathetic, Agile and Lean) organisation aligned with the broader Public Sector Transformation (PST) movement. DSB catalyses MSF's "next bound" digitalisation journey through AI-first approaches and end-to-end digital transformation, partnering with various divisions to identify opportunities for technological solutions such as AI and physical tech, and driving systematic adoption throughout MSF. DSB also ensures strategic alignment of digitalisation efforts through the development and implementation of the Ministry Family Digitalisation Plan (MFDP) 4.0.
