What the role is

The intern will collaborate with the Communications team to manage and deliver the annual report through project management, ensuring all deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality output.

What you will be working on

Project Description:

The intern will serve as a project coordinator for the organisation's annual report, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing project timelines across multiple report sections, ensuring adherence to all deadlines and preventing any delays in the production schedule.

Coordinating with various stakeholders to gather content contributions, conducting follow-up communications to maintain momentum and meet critical milestones.

• Utilising AI tools to draft articles and content sections, managing multiple AI-generated versions, and iterating quickly to produce high-quality materials within compressed timeframes.

• Providing regular updates on progress and proactively addressing potential bottlenecks that could impact deadlines.

• Supporting the creation of video content for the annual report, coordinating filming schedules, managing post-production timelines, and ensuring video components align with overall project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Communications, Business, Project Management, or related field.

• Demonstrated experience or interest in managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines.

• Project management skills with proficiency in timeline management and stakeholder coordination.

• Experience with AI writing tools and content management systems.

• Excellent written communication skills with ability to work under pressure and deliver quality work quickly.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
